Founded in 1998 and rebranded as Gateway in 2007, the company is made up of three divisions: Gateway Mergers & Acquisitions, Gateway School Sales, and Gateway Business Sales. Industries represented include manufacturing, distribution, retail, automotive, service industries, and more. Gateway Mergers & Acquisitions handles primarily lower middle market transactions with revenues above $5 million. Gateway Business Sales handles main street business transactions with revenues of under $5 million. Gateway School Sales specializes in selling preschools, private primary schools, and other education-related businesses.
