The Company designs, fabricates and installs decorative metal products. Products include simple and ornate railings, fencing, stairs, gates, window guards and decorative metal products. Products are manufactured from iron, brass, steel and stainless steel. The company markets to both upscale commercial projects and residential homes. The owner will consider carrying a note for a qualified buyer with $300,000 down payment. The buyer will need approximately $200,000 for working capital. This is an asset sale with approximately $225,000 of furniture, fixtures and equipment and $25,000 of raw materials inventory. Work in progress is included in the sale. Seller will retain cash, cash equivalents, A/Rs and A/Ps unless specifically noted. Some assumed leases are identified separately.
