This landscape business works with home owners to provide the design and installation of new gardens or to rework or enhance existing gardens.  The garden installation is generally a one-time service, but can also be a phased garden installation over several months or seasons. Enhancing existing gardens may involve adjusting irrigation or adding new outdoor structures such as patios, outdoor kitchens and install landscape lighting.  Sub-contractors are used for all non-garden services. They provide maintenance services by adding seasonal color, pruning, seasonal clean-up, replacing dead plants.  The maintenance services may be scheduled for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annual maintenance services as well as one-time maintenance services. They do not provide mowing services and do not install sod except to adjust where gardens have been expanded or have been removed. They are located in a leased facility.  Service area is the DFW Metroplex but concentration is from downtown Dallas to Plano and from I-35 to I-75.
