This business designs, manufacture, markets, sells, installs and maintains intelligent video surveillance systems to include Digital Video Recorders (DVR), security cameras and accessories.  Customers include casinos, Police departments, school districts, financial institutions, government/municipalities, restaurants, retailers and hotels. Also, a network of dealers resells products or services. Some of the larger clients pay for recurring annual service agreements. Most installations are facilitated through a national network of subcontractor installers. Started by the current owner in 2002, this company sells to Fortune 500 clients. This business has very little owner involvement; 2 to 3 hours per week. An owner/operator will bring more direction and drive to the business. Ideally, the new owner will possess a strong sales management background.
